The biggest difficulty in the design of honeycomb paperboard as a buffer liner is that its special-shaped processing is difficult, the edge compressive strength is low, and the integrity is poor. The more complex the part, the higher the processing cost; the smaller the contact area, the easier it is to be crushed; once crushed, its secondary protection performance is poor... These all need to be compensated by structural design. In addition, the assembly process, transportation, storage and stacking of parts must also be considered in the design, so that the process implementation is as simple as possible, and the gasket is not easily damaged.
